Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Slizo ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Slizo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. What Slizo provides

Slizo analyzes public product pages, creates AI-assisted TikTok slideshow packs, supplies captions and hashtags, provides exports, and lets eligible users connect accounts to schedule or publish content. Features, limits, providers, and supported platforms may change as the service evolves.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in URLs, instructions, uploads, brand materials, and other content you provide. You grant Slizo a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, process, modify, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your requests.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions required for anything you submit and for the way you direct us to use it. Do not submit confidential information, protected health information, unlawful material, or personal information you are not authorized to process.

4. Generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to output provided to others, or unsuitable for your use. You must review every slideshow, caption, hashtag, image, claim, and setting before publishing. You are responsible for factual accuracy, disclosures, advertising compliance, intellectual-property clearance, and your published content.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights and licenses, you may use the output generated for you. Media supplied by a third party remains subject to that provider's applicable license and terms.

5. TikTok and automated publishing

Connecting an account authorizes Slizo and its publishing providers to access the approved account information and submit content according to your settings. You remain responsible for your TikTok account, schedule, privacy selection, content, and compliance with TikTok's terms, policies, music rules, advertising rules, and community guidelines.

Platform review, outages, rate limits, moderation, token expiration, or provider changes can delay or prevent publication. Slizo does not control TikTok and cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted, published, remain available, or receive any particular reach.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Slizo to:

• Break any law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right.
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent a product, fabricate endorsements, or publish unsupported claims.
• Upload malware, probe security, evade limits, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.
• Resell access, share accounts improperly, or use automated means outside features we provide.
• Use the service to process highly sensitive or regulated data without our written agreement.

7. Plans, credits, and payment

Current prices, included usage, billing frequency, and plan details are shown at checkout. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and handles payment collection, applicable taxes, receipts, disputes, and payment processing. You also agree to the checkout terms presented by Dodo Payments.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal, and access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, charges already paid and consumed credits are non-refundable. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspended access or removed credits.

An eligible new customer may start one seven-day trial of either the Starter or Growth monthly plan after providing a valid payment method. Only one trial is available per customer. The trial includes ten slideshow credits, which expire when the trial ends. Analytics is not included during the trial and becomes available only after the first successful subscription payment. Unless you cancel before the displayed trial-end date, the trial automatically becomes the monthly plan selected at checkout and Dodo Payments charges the displayed price. Cancelling during the trial prevents that charge and ends trial access immediately, including any unused trial credits. Paid subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

8. Third-party services

Slizo relies on third parties for authentication, AI processing, webpage retrieval, media discovery, hosting, storage, analytics, support, payments, and social publishing. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make.

9. Slizo intellectual property

Slizo and its software, interface, branding, documentation, templates, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of Slizo.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Slizo at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if a provider prevents us from continuing a feature. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers and results

Slizo is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee views, followers, downloads, leads, revenue, conversions, or any other business result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slizo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Slizo's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Slizo for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Slizo, our providers, or applicable requirements. We will post the updated Terms and change the date above, with additional notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
